Pushkar Shah, after completing his world tour on cycle, has now made the summit of the world Mt. Everest the second target. Pushkar Shah, who initially wanted to be politician in his student age, directed himself to the world cycle tour as he witnessed the fights for power among the politicians (rather than thinking of policies to make a beautiful Nepal) after the people’s movement in 2046. Pushkar Shah’s cycle tour was intended to spread the message of peace in the world. Pushkar Shah has travelled through different 150 countries of world in 11 years long journey spreading the message of peace and harmony. He has been promoting Nepal as the birthplace of Gautam Buddha all over the world. In this long tour he has been victim of many accidents, risky attacks for money.
Even his cycle, mobiles etc. were stolen in different countries. But he never thought of quitting the tour. He was always bold in his decision to tie up the world with his paddle and finally he became successful. He recently has declared the completion of his cycle tour.

Now, Pushkar Shah is going to climb Mt. Everest with the flags of all the countries he visited and spread the message of peace. The expedition team led by Pushkar Shah is named Peace Expedition 2010. The team consist of the movie makers (to make documentary on the expedition), media personnel etc. The expedition starts from 10th April 2010 following the farewell cycle rally from Kathmandu to Charikot starting from 7th April 2010. As per the schedule, the cycle rally will start at 8:00 am from Tudikhel and make its way to Shital Niwas, where the president of Nepal Dr. Ram Baran Yadav will hand over the national flag and the rally will move for Charikot. The expedition team will fly to Lukla from Charikot on 9th April 2010.
